（中央社記者潘智義台北20日電）和碩聯合科技今天舉行股東臨時會，有股東要求公布準閣揆林全的獨立董事酬勞。董事長童子賢說，所有董事酬勞依台灣證券交易所公布標準。
童子賢說，董事酬勞絕對不是證交所公布的上限，媒體多用高標揣測，其實很多獨立董事在公司成立之初來幫忙，根本沒領酬勞。
他指出，董事有酬勞，但近來董事出席股東會並未領車馬費。1050420
